New Bidyut Bakery, a legacy of taste and tradition that began its journey in 1952 as Universal Bakery, founded by Dr. Manindra Nath Das in the bustling heart of Kolkata's Taltala.
In 1984, the bakery found a new home in Haldia, thanks to Dr. Das's son, Mr. Arabindra Das, who lovingly named it as Bidyut Bakery after his mother, Bidyutlata Das. Bidyutlata's culinary magic quickly became a local sensation, captivating the taste buds of Haldia.
Fast forward to 1999, and the next generation, Mr. Atanu Kumar Das, breathed fresh life into the bakery. With a new name, New Bidyut Bakery, we continue the tradition of crafting delectable delights that have been cherished for generations.
